Founder’s Bio
Christopher “Coop” Cooper Sr., CPT., Owner and founder of Made New Fitness, is a Certified Action Personal Trainer (CPT) dedicated to helping people achieve renewal through health, fitness, and discipline. Based in Shiloh, Illinois, Christopher has devoted his career to serving everyday individuals and athletes alike, whether that means helping someone lose weight, guiding a professional through a busy lifestyle program, or pushing an athlete to reach peak performance.
His approach combines proven training methods, motivational coaching, and a faith-driven mindset, ensuring that clients not only achieve physical results but also experience a transformation in confidence and outlook. With a strong background in leadership, community service, and personal training, Coop is committed to building a brand that’s more than just workouts; it’s about empowering people to live stronger, healthier, and made new.
